日本国内発送と海外発送について

1. 📦 Shipping Methods & Carriers

 

We proudly offer reliable international shipping to ensure your unique piece of Kyoto traditional craft arrives safely at your doorstep.

2. 💰 Shipping Fees 

 

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order and your destination country.

  • You can check the exact shipping cost on the Checkout Page after entering your delivery address and before confirming your payment.

  • As a general guide, shipping for small items (such as wallets or clutches) usually starts from approximately ¥4,500 – ¥6,500 JPY.

  • Shipping for larger items (such as bags, Daruma, or interior products) typically starts from approximately ¥6,500 – ¥15,000 JPY. Please note these are only estimates.

 

3. 🚨 Taxes, Duties, and Fees 

 

【IMPORTANT NOTICE】 The recipient is responsible for all import duties, customs taxes, and fees levied by the destination country.

  • These fees are charged by your government or border control and are NOT included in the item price or the shipping cost paid to Kyoto Denim.

  • We cannot predict what your particular charges may be. We strongly recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before placing your order.

  • Refusal of Payment: If you refuse to pay these charges, the package may be abandoned or returned to us. If returned, no refund will be issued for any costs incurred (including the item price, shipping fees, or return fees).

 

4. 📝 Processing & Tracking

 

  • Processing Time: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. For made-to-order or custom-dyed items, processing time will be specified on the product page.

  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.

 

5. 🚫 Countries We Cannot Ship To 

 

Due to current international shipping restrictions or unreliable local postal services, there are some countries we are currently unable to ship to. Please contact us in advance to inquire.

🚚 日本国内の発送について

ご注文いただきました製品は、通常配送の場合、「ご注文を確認した翌営業日」に出荷いたします。日時指定も可能です。

※ただし2ヶ所以上への配送や別々の出荷日でのお届けの場合、配送が2口以上になる場合には、それぞれ送料が必要になります。ご注文確認後に当社より送信いたしますご注文確認メールの「ご注文明細」にてご確認ください。

配達時間帯の指定について

ヤマト運輸午前中（12時まで）14時〜16時・16時〜18時・18時〜20時・19時〜21時

配達の時間帯を指定される場合は、ご注文時の”備考欄”にご希望の時間帯をご入力ください。

●別々のご注文やお支払い方法の異なるご注文、およびご注文確認日の異なる製品への追加同梱の手配につきましては、承れませんのでご了承ください。

●国外への製品配送は行っておりません。また転送会社サービスをご利用しての注文もお受けできませんのでご了承ください。

●オンラインストアでご注文いただいた製品は、全て配送でのお届けとなります。実店舗でのお受け取りはできません。

●クレジットカードにてお支払いの場合、当社にてご注文を確認した時点で決済をとらせていただきます。そのため、製品の「出荷日」によっては製品をお届けする前にお引き落としになる場合がございます。

天候の影響により、一部の地域で荷物のお届けに遅れが生じる可能性がございます。お客様にはご迷惑をお掛けいたしますが、何とぞご理解いただきますようお願い申し上げます。お届け遅延の詳細につきましては、ヤマト運輸ホームページにてご確認ください。

▶︎お届けについて

●在庫状況や配送地域によっても異なりますが、最短で翌日からのお届けが可能です。

●お届けまでの期間は商品によって異なる場合がございます。詳細につきましてはお問い合わせください。

●土曜、日曜、祝日および長期休み（年末年始、お盆など）の場合は、翌営業日からの発送となります。

●天候等の事情により、止むを得ず配送が遅延する可能性があります。その場合はメールにてお知らせいたします。

▶︎お客様不在時のお取扱について

●ご不在の場合は配送会社より不在通知が届きます。

●再配達可能期間中に、お客様の配送希望日を調整の上、商品をお受取ください。

●不在通知に記載の連絡先にご連絡いただけない場合、また住所不備の場合、商品は自動的に当社へ返送されます。返送された商品は当社判断による処理をさせていただきます。

▶︎店舗都合キャンセルについて

●当店では店舗で在庫を共有して同時に販売しているため、ご注文後でもタイミングにより在庫切れが発生してしまう可能性がございます。

●また、在庫がある場合でも検品時に商品不良等が発見され、代替え商品もご用意できない場合がございます。

●また、システム設定や人為的な設定の誤り等で実際の商品の正しい情報や正規価格が表示されていない場合がございます。

●上記のような場合はメールにてご案内の上で、当店判断にて止むを得ず「キャンセル」処理をさせていただきます。ご迷惑をお掛けしまして誠に申し訳ございませんが、予めご了承のうえご利用いただけますようお願い申し上げます。
